How to return an item:
- Send the unworn item(s) with your invoice to our address:

- You will be responsible for the item(s) reaching us. It may be useful to obtain proof of postage (a postage receipt) and insuring the item.
- Once we have received and verified your returned item(s), we will process the refund. You will be notified by email that your item(s) have been received safely and that a refund has been processed.
- Please allow up to 10 working days for monies being refunded to show up on your credit card statement or pay pal account.
We are happy to exchange an item for different size/ style etc (if in stock) upon request for non sale items. You will not be charged postage for an exchanged item(s).
While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Ensure the return products are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit.
You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us. Please note we do not refund postage costs.
In Store Purchases we are happy to exchange or provide a credit note for full priced items only. We do not offer refunds when purchasing in store for all items. We don't offer exchanges or credit notes for sale items.
